Benefits of Growing Vegetables Organically

Why would you want to grow your own organic vegetables? No matter what else is happening on your planet, you can assure that you and your family has enough quality and nutritious food to eat by having your own plentiful garden. Most of the food you now purchase at the grocery store or supermarket is made of harmful GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms). This has been proven to cause cancer, illness, rashes, allergies and even plants viruses into your stomach that now live there damaging your own DNA.

GMO Produced “FrankenFoods” VS Organic Food

These Genetically Engineered foods are made to create their own pesticides by injecting the plant genes with a virus that produces pesticides to kill living organism. They have little or no nutrition to them at all. Dead calories that your body doesn’t even recognize as food, because it’s not food, it’s poison. If you eat these type of foods, then it begins producing pesticides (like Raid) in your body. Your poo will begin to smell very foul, because your body is now producing chemical toxins that poison you and kill your healthy gut bacteria, so you will have digestive problems now. For more information on how this is causing much disease and sickness visit: Are GMO’s Safe?

The solution is to eat organic. Organic produce cannot contain GMO’s or be cultivated using chemical pesticides and fertilizers. You can’t count on your supermarket to do this for you. We need to all stop eating this poison stuff, and make the switch to organic. The chemical companies are trying to take over organic farmer’s and even outlaw organic produce, so you can only buy their stuff. The best way to make sure that you and your family will have safe and real natural food, is to begin growing some in your own backyard, front yard, or inside potted plants. It’s a lot easier than you think, and you can for sure taste the difference.

  1. This book looks great! I certainly recommend growing your own, it can be challenging though when you grow organic as you are up against many things, soil, unsettled seasons and bugs that munch away at your babies. The challenge is worth it though and when you get your crop you know they haven’t been tainted which is so rewarding 🙂

  2. Thank you Loren!
I agree with you 100%, it is so important to be able to grow your own fruits and vegetables, all chemical free! I love your website too, it’s funny how the name is so similar to one of my other sites:

  3. Foods certified as organic must be produced using growing methods that minimize soil erosion and that maintain or enhance the fertility of the soil. Organic meat, poultry, eggs and dairy products come from animals that are given no antibiotics or growth hormones, must be fed organic feed and have access to the outdoors.

  4. Yes, that’s a really good way of putting it. It’s very important to be in harmony with what we interact with and take into our bodies. Organic and wildcrafted is definitely the way to go.

  5. Sergio Anacleto

I couldn’t agree more with your post. Growing your own is very satisfying for sure! Any suggestions if you only have a small front yard and no back yard such as in my case 🙂
